📋 Description

• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) • Analyze support requests, coordinate resolutions with the development team, and follow up with the client • Participate in client meetings • Evaluate new tools • Train internal and external clients • Conduct onboarding for new products • Contribute to documenting process and system workflows • Communicate published changes to client groups through Release Reports • Gather requirements from clients • Lead alignment meetings with clients • Support the development of project schedules • Organize the backlog together with tactical and strategic teams

🎯 Requirements

• University degree, technology degree, or technical qualification • Experience gathering requirements from clients • Ability to specify and describe development tasks • Ability to organize the backlog with tactical and strategic teams • Availability to work full-time
