📋 Description
• Participation in customer’s cloud delivery projects • Understand customer's functional and technical requirements • Collaborate on design and implementation of Cloud solutions • Conduct testing and upgrade of software/hardware before implementation to the customer's environment • Provide expert support during installation and acceptance activities
🎯 Requirements
• Expertise in OCP/OSP/OSO components of Red Hat cloud portfolio • Hands-on expertise in OpenStack & Kubernetes • Knowledge of HEAT templates • Experience in NFVI/VIM, VNFM, NFVO and SDN technologies • 10+ years in customer service or technical support in a technology-oriented environment
