📋 Description

• Lead strategic medium- and large-scale projects from initiation through closure. • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budget, and deliverables. • Manage internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership. • Develop and maintain detailed project plans. • Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks. • Monitor KPIs and ensure adherence to timelines and budget. • Coordinate cross-functional teams (technology, product, operations, etc.). • Ensure clear and consistent communication among all stakeholders. • Implement best practices and project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid). • Resolve conflicts and remove project impediments. • Provide executive status updates and performance metrics reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile, Scrum, Kanban) • Experience with tools such as Jira, MS Project, Asana, Trello, or similar platforms • Budget management and financial control • Risk management and strategic planning • Preferred certifications: PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, or similar • Leadership and influencing skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Negotiation skills • Strategic mindset with a results-oriented approach • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
