📋 Description

• Serve as the key hands-on implementer for Red Hat OpenShift projects, responsible for executing technical tasks and achieving milestones defined by the project architect and manager. • Collaborate directly with customer project teams to automate the deployment, scaling, and management of containerized applications. • Serve as a technical mentor, enabling customer teams by providing hands-on training and sharing best practices for building and operating a robust container platform. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges related to the platform, networking, storage, and application integration. • Contribute to project documentation, including deployment guides, automation runbooks, and architectural diagrams. • Guide customers in integrating OpenShift with their existing CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes. • Travel up to 25%

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in a hands-on technology role, such as consulting, site reliability engineering (SRE), or platform operations. • 3+ years of direct, hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform or upstream Kubernetes in enterprise environments. • Strong experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) administration and troubleshooting. • Proven experience with automation tools like Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform, Terraform, or Helm. • Solid understanding of CI/CD principles and practical experience with tools like Jenkins, Tekton, or ArgoCD. • Experience with at least one major public cloud provider (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
