📋 Description

• Perform design, implementation, review, and testing of Linux kernel code • Backport fixes to Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) releases • Lead the architecture and implementation of continuous integration pipelines using tools like Jenkins. • Design, develop, and maintain robust test frameworks ensuring these frameworks are scalable, reliable, and easily consumable by the team. • Triage complex system failures. • Analyze kernel panics, core dumps, and kernel logs to identify root causes and distinguish between automation issues and product bugs. • Communicate and help coordinate dates, deliverables, feature requirements, roadmaps, etc. • Work effectively as part of a distributed, agile team with remote members.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience developing software using C on Linux • Strong proficiency with Python and automated testing technologies such as Jenkins, or equivalent • Experience with software testing concepts and frameworks • Working experience in linux testing and debugging • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English • Experience with Git • Outstanding problem-solving and collaboration skills • Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and work with minimal supervision • Motivated and dedicated to learning • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
