📋 Description

• Represent Red Hat Services within customer account teams • Understand customer business and technical needs and develop and present solutions • Offer consulting and training as part of Red Hat’s solutions • Develop solutions aligned to customer outcomes • Coordinate with delivery and sales teams • Resolve moderately complex service sales issues • Attend or host regular customer meetings, on-site meetings, and events • Analyze, strategize, and assist with customer roadmaps to grow Red Hat services presence • Build relationships with account-level stakeholders and partners • Grow bookings and revenue within assigned accounts • Participate in account planning, strategy sessions, and reviews • Coordinate and facilitate discovery sessions • Work with Sales, Specialist Sales Professionals, Solutions Architects, Global Professional Services Architects, and extended account teams • Lead Services team responses to customer requirements and guide internal approval processes for services proposals • Negotiate services pricing, project costs, and terms; manage Services margin • Ensure timely handover of projects to Services Delivery teams and participate in delivery reviews and steering committees • Identify complementary solutions with strategic business partners and key stakeholders • Provide weekly revenue and booking forecasts for assigned accounts, territories, and subregions • Document and share sales and delivery best practices across EMEA and Global Services teams • Report to a Regional Services Manager

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced sales professional with customer-focused field services sales and delivery experience • Ability to create and articulate value propositions, with consultative selling and professional services delivery experience • Experience presenting to and managing executive customer relationships • Successful experience overseeing and managing multiple accounts, including services sales cycles • Knowledge of Red Hat or competitive technologies • Understanding of customer and internal project impact from financial, supportability, scalability, and repeatability perspectives • Experience in services selling and developing Statements of Work (SoWs) • Experience responding to RFXs and navigating complex commercial negotiations • Ability to lead and work in virtual and cross-functional teams • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English • Willingness to travel within the territory and region for customer and internal meetings • Must reside in a country where Red Hat is registered to do business
