📋 Description
• This is a remote position. • High preference will be given to candidates able to reside near our Chicago headquarters. • RedMane has a full-time opportunity for a Lead Business Analyst with exposure to Child Welfare programs. • You will be working side by side with like-minded peers in a non-bureaucratic environment where sharing knowledge is the norm.
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years of business analysis experience with increasing scope of responsibility. • Direct, hands on experience working with SACWIS or CCWIS implementations. • Experience in crafting project proposals, developing work estimates and project schedules. • Experience in project planning and control of multi-year and multi-phase projects. • Experience with the identification and mitigation of project risk. • Proficiency with project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, SharePoint). • Strong interpersonal and management skills with an excellent attention to detail. • Experience managing projects involving data analytics, artificial intelligence, machine learning and IoT is a plus, but not required.
