📋 Description
• Conduct advanced research into new AI/ML/DL/transformer-based models, frameworks, and techniques, staying abreast of academic and industry advances. • Prepare proof-of-concepts (POCs) to validate new AI features or solution ideas. • Design, implement, fine-tune, and deploy AI models; integrate external open source frameworks (e.g. Hugging Face, LangChain) for model/agentic workflows. • Develop agentic AI systems: build modular, stateful, multi-agent workflows using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, etc. • Architect scalable, robust, and modular systems for AI agents, ensuring performance, maintainability, and observability in distributed environments. • Develop evaluation metrics, logging/tracing/monitoring strategies for agents to ensure reliable performance, error detection, continuous improvement. • Build and maintain data pipelines in conjunction with data engineering team: data collection, preprocessing, feature engineering, cleaning / normalization / augmentation. • Analyze proprietary / internal datasets and domain-specific datasets (healthcare, finance, etc.) for model training and insight generation. • Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to translate research outputs into production-ready components or product features. • Document methodologies, assumptions, limitations, and ensure reproducibility, governance, and ethical use of AI solutions.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical or quantitative field (e.g. Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering). • 2-5 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML/DL model development, fine-tuning, and deployment. • Proven experience using Python extensively for AI development; familiarity with key AI/ML/DL libraries and frameworks. • Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering (few-shot, chain-of-thought, etc.), open source model integrations. • Experience in building agentic AI or multi-agent workflows, and with agent frameworks like LangChain / LlamaIndex etc. • Background in data pipelines: preprocessing, feature engineering, ingestion of both structured and unstructured data.
