📋 Description

• Develop smart, strategic, and creative solutions under the guidance of the Art Director • Execute digital designs and develop interactive elements based on wireframes, copy decks, and supplied direction • Develop print materials with proper formatting, bleed, and color mode • Apply and uphold brand identity systems including typography, photography, and color • Develop infographics that convey narratives through text and imagery • Coordinate with multiple teams and disciplines to produce digital and print deliverables • Execute the Art Director's or Creative Director's vision for projects • Communicate project status and raise questions with internal teams • Manage projects through completion from start to finish • Identify solutions for technical and creative issues • Ensure work meets deadlines, budget, and quality expectations • Stay current on interactive design trends and emerging technologies

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate of post-secondary institution in a related field (Graphic Design, Interactive/Multimedia Design, New Media, Advertising) • 3+ years of relevant experience in a design studio or marketing agency • Attention to detail and organizational skills with an enthusiasm for pixel-perfect work • Strong portfolio exhibiting conceptual thinking, visual and interactive design, solid typography skills, and understanding of design principles • Broad knowledge of Adobe CC, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign • Competent in creating scientific slide decks using Microsoft PowerPoint, including templates, graphs, charts, and tables • Knowledge of Figma as a collaborative design and production tool • Ability to understand scientific or medical content is beneficial • Ability to work cooperatively as a team member and independently • Self-motivated, organized, and accountable • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure while meeting tight deadlines
