📋 Description

• Identify, engage, and onboard influencers across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other major platforms within your region. • Manage influencer collaboration end-to-end — negotiation, paid collaboration, contracts, and performance tracking. • Drive influencer performance by formulating collaboration strategies and incentive plans aimed at maximizing Revenue and ROI. • Manage and nurture a large portfolio of influencer relationships through structured communication, performance tracking, and incentive strategy. • Support global campaign rollouts (e.g., Influencer campaigns, seasonal events, product launches). • Provide localized market insights and feedback to HQ to help refine global strategies and campaigns.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • Fluent in English (working language) • Native speakers of the target languages based on regions • Strong understanding of social media; ideally, you are already an influencer with an active audience base. • Deep passion for influencer marketing, social media, and content creation. • Familiarity with Crypto, Web3, or FinTech industries is a strong plus. • Prior experience in influencer marketing is highly preferred. • Fluent in English
