📋 Description

• Lead design across the full lifecycle — discovery, definition, prototyping, and delivery • Synthesize user research data to uncover opportunities and shape product direction • Create high-fidelity user flows and prototypes to test and validate ideas quickly • Collaborate daily with Engineers and Product Managers to ensure designs are feasible and executed to spec • Use AI-driven discovery tools to accelerate ideation, pattern recognition, and concept generation • Contribute to and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across products • Communicate design rationale clearly to stakeholders and build alignment through storytelling • Mentor and collaborate with other designers, raising the standard of design excellence • Advocate for the user while balancing technical, regulatory, and business constraints

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience across the full software lifecycle • Strong portfolio showing high-impact B2B or enterprise SaaS work • Expert in modern design and prototyping tools (Figma, Lovable, etc.) • Experience using AI-powered or generative tools for research and ideation • Excellent interaction and visual design craft — simplicity, hierarchy, clarity • Strong communicator who can influence cross-functional teams • Experience contributing to or maintaining a design system • Comfort working in a fast-paced, distributed team
