📋 Description

• Manage customer project efforts and deliver exceptional customer service throughout the lifecycle of complex projects lasting approximately 6 months or longer • Interface and manage the customer stakeholder team on all assigned projects and maintain a team schedule • Assist with project structuring and planning during pre-award and throughout full project execution • Identify and mitigate project risks • Manage non-technical aspects of project delivery, including cost, performance, schedule, and quality • Lead project meetings and ensure cross-functional teams understand their responsibilities and overall project objectives • Develop detailed project plans • Prepare project deliverables and write clear, customer-facing documentation

🎯 Requirements

• Exceptional verbal, written, and active-listening skills • Proven ability to build relationships, negotiate timelines, and elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources • Knowledge of life cycle and project management methodologies • Ability to track costs, schedule, and performance progress • Ability to identify and develop risk response strategies • CAPM or PMP certification
