🎯 Requirements
• Proven track record: At least 3 years of leadership experience in startups • At least 3 years in IT implementation in large organizations • Good understanding of AI • Experience in building startups and projects “from scratch” • Strong understanding of technology trends and business development strategies • Exceptional networking and business development skills • Entrepreneurial mindset, passionate about fostering growth and innovation • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic startup setting • Knowledge of project management and process design • Proficiency in Polish and English • Nice to have: Experience in the implementation of AI
