📋 Description

• Serve as the operational lead for the Nvidia MDF-funded developer investment portfolio, overseeing end to end execution across Reactor programs, global events, hackathons, and community activations. • Ensure strong operational rigor, cross functional alignment, and clear executive visibility into performance and impact. • Lead overall program management, including master planning, operating rhythm, and delivery governance. • Own budget tracking, financial alignment, and funding accountability across all workstreams. • Develop and manage integrated workback schedules, timelines, and milestones. • Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs, ensuring timely escalation and resolution. • Drive clarity of ownership, deliverables, and measurable outcomes across all initiatives. • Coordinate execution across Microsoft, Nvidia, Reactor, product marketing, community, finance, agencies, and regional teams. • Maintain clear and actionable tracking of action items and progress against commitments. • Deliver concise, executive ready updates that communicate progress, risks, and decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• Prior experience working at Microsoft • Proven experience managing complex, high visibility programs with multiple stakeholders • Strong financial and operational management skills, including budget oversight and resource planning • Ability to bring structure and clarity to ambiguous or rapidly evolving initiatives • Excellent stakeholder management and cross functional coordination skills • Strong executive communication skills with the ability to translate execution into business impact • Track record of driving measurable outcomes tied to engagement, adoption, and partner impact.
