📋 Description

• Client Management • Team and Squad creation and Management • Project management • Reporting (Internal and external) • Revenue OKRs • Ensure that we are meeting the client’s needs • Manage internal and external communications • Drive projects to completion • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships • Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Have extensive experience in team building • Know how to manage clients' projects and expectations • Understand and build upon the existing team and build a new team from scratch • Reporting information inside and outside of the organization in order to make strategic business decisions • Have managed large budgets and client's assets (Email list, website, e-commerce website, BtB efforts) • Experience working with international and global companies based in the US and EU markets • Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager or relevant role • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
