📋 Description

• Lead development of statistical and machine learning models to optimize performance • Design and execute A/B/n experiments for measurable improvements • Translate results into production-ready solutions • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify use cases • Own the model lifecycle from ideation to performance monitoring • Present findings to technical and non-technical audiences • Contribute to data science practices and frameworks

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or related analytical roles • Strong Python and SQL skills • Experience with statistical modeling, experimentation, and machine learning frameworks (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) • Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure) • Hands-on experience designing, running, and analyzing A/B and multivariate tests • Strong communicator, comfortable working across multiple teams • Understanding the impact of algorithms on product performance
