📋 Description

• Own design end-to-end for the product pod • Partner with PM and engineering to shape product direction • Bring high craft to every surface touched • Determine when to involve others in design decisions • Navigate ambiguous problems • Clearly communicate design decisions • Use and experiment with AI tools in design workflow

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8 years of product design experience • Strong visual design, sharp UX thinking, and meticulous attention to detail • Experience designing products in B2B contexts • Intuitions about good AI UX • Strong ownership mentality • Ability to establish patterns or provide direction to others • Experimenting with AI tools in design practice • Collaborative mindset with cross-functional teams • Strong communication skills
