📋 Description
• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap • Lead product squads focused on user acquisition and pricing capabilities • Manage and develop a team of Product Managers and an SEO Manager • Work closely with Marketing and Growth • Partner with Data Science and Engineering teams • Help balance customer experience with commercial outcomes • Communicate complex topics clearly to stakeholders • Coach and support team in product discovery and execution
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years of product experience • Proven experience managing, coaching, and developing Product Managers • Strong communication skills • Strong analytical skills • Strong technical fluency • Excellent stakeholder management skills • Structured, outcome-oriented approach to product strategy • Passion for sustainability, marketplaces, AI, growth, and intelligent systems
