📋 Description

• Run operational and analytical work across Insurance, Extended Warranty, Repair, and Trade-In • Find manual work and automate it • Drive cross-functional projects • Support partner negotiations with insurance carriers • Use prioritisation frameworks to sequence initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in operations, analytics, or commercial functions • Hypothesis-first thinker who writes clearly and communicates directly • You've shipped at least one automation (Notion, Zapier, Make, Airtable, or scripts) • AI fluent: you use Claude or ChatGPT in your daily work • Fluent in English: other European languages are a plus • You care about sustainability • Quantitatively confident: spreadsheets, modelling, SQL, Python, or no-code tools are a plus
