📋 Description

• Lead the Platform and Data Engineering teams • Ensure the technical foundation is stable, scalable, and easy to work with • Manage and support engineers across teams • Facilitate technical discussions and architecture reviews • Contribute to code reviews or technical tasks when needed

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience managing engineers in platform, infrastructure, or data teams • Strong background in cloud infrastructure, ideally GCP (GKE, Cloud Run, IAM, Cloud SQL, Cloud Logging, BigQuery), but AWS or Azure also relevant • Experience designing and operating Kubernetes-based environments • Understanding of data engineering fundamentals • SQL, relational database concepts, and modern backend development practices
