• bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (advanced education is a plus) • 10+ years of biopharma experience • 5+ years in sales leadership within specialty care • proven track record of recruiting, coaching, and retaining top talent • strong eye for business and analytical skills • proficiency in sales technology and CRM systems • established relationships with key opinion leaders and alliance management expertise
