📋 Description

• First point of contact for all questions related to energy contracts: advance payments, meter readings, data maintenance, invoices, contracts, etc. • Provide telephone and written information on all inquiries from private customers • Advise customers on tariffs and contracts

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in a call center • Experience working on an energy project • Enjoy helping customers find the right tariff • Flexible and highly reliable • Very good German language skills, spoken and written (C1 level) • Proficient with common PC applications
