📋 Description

• Inbound first-level support for existing customers • Technical customer support for TV, phone and internet issues • Needs-based product advice and contract optimization • Sales approach in every call

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of call center experience • Ideally experience in technical service within the telecommunications industry • At least 1 year of sales experience • Able to reliably cover the specified working hours • Must not engage in secondary employment • Very good German language skills (C1 level) • Must reside in Germany
