🎯 Requirements

• Excellent command of Greek and German (C1 level). • Experience in evaluating applicants and talent, ideally supported by relevant training or a degree in psychology. • Strong ability to identify suitable candidates for the call center industry through targeted questioning. • Excellent knowledge of the Greek labor market. • Self-starting attitude, creativity and strong communication skills as the foundation for your success. • Enjoyment in working with a variety of people and collaborating in a highly motivated team.
