📋 Description

• Regrello is seeking proactive and industry-experienced US-based Senior Software Engineers (Data) to join our AI-research team. • This role involves collaborating with top-tier Machine Learning Researchers and Engineers to source, ingest, clean, and productionize data. • Build and maintain scalable ETL pipelines that ensure high data quality. • Contribute to the advancement of manufacturing practices on a global scale. • This is an individual contributor role, with potential for additional responsibilities in the future. • Be part of a customer-obsessed, product-driven company with industry-leading compensation packages.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors in Computer Science or Software Engineering with a 3.5+ GPA. • 5+ years of industry experience in data engineering position building production data pipelines with identifiable business use cases. • Strong CS fundamentals with extensive background architecting scalable and robust production-grade pipelines. • Expertise with modern data technologies, such as Airflow, Spark (Scala preferred), Trino, Flink, and BigQuery. • Proficient with SQL and skilled in Python. Scala expertise is a big plus! • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. • A strong desire to learn, grow, and drive impact on real global problems—and to help others around you do the same. • Experience with AI libraries, frameworks, and pipelines is preferred but not required. • Non-requirement: You don't need any experience with supply chain or manufacturing—we'll teach you that part!
