📋 Description

• Facilitate Agile Ceremonies: Lead sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement to ensure smooth, value-driven delivery. • Coach & Mentor: Guide product managers, engineers, and stakeholders on agile best practices, driving a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. • Remove Roadblocks: Proactively identify and resolve impediments that slow down delivery across multiple teams. • Drive Transparency: Ensure visibility into sprint progress, capacity, and risks through effective use of tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps). • Partner with Leadership: Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineering Leads, and Executives to align sprint goals with business priorities. • Improve Processes: Continuously assess and refine how we deliver software, balancing speed, quality, and compliance. • Champion Culture: Foster an environment of trust and collaboration while maintaining a high-performance mindset.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach supporting software engineering teams. • Deep knowledge of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and when to apply them. • Experience working in fast-paced SaaS or startup environments (preferred). • Strong communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills. • Proficiency with agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps). • CSM, PSM, or related Agile certifications (preferred). • Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and/or regulated industries (e.g., government, defense, financial services) is a strong plus.
