📋 Description

• Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels, including Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and SEO • Support optimization of landing pages, marketing funnels, and conversion rates • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using analytics tools and dashboards • Create and maintain website and landing page copy, blog posts, educational articles, email campaigns, lifecycle communications, feature announcements, FAQs, and explainers • Translate complex fintech features into clear, compliant, and user-friendly messaging • Work with Product and UX teams on feature and product launches, product positioning and messaging, customer onboarding, and in-product communication • Help define and communicate value propositions for different customer segments • Collaborate with Sales to understand customer pain points, needs, and objections • Create sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, and email templates • Support lead nurturing and the handover of qualified leads from Marketing to Sales • Align marketing campaigns with sales priorities and pipeline goals

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, product marketing, or a related field • Experience in fintech, SaaS, or B2B technology • Strong content creation and copywriting skills • Experience collaborating closely with Sales teams • Hands-on experience with paid advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads • Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4) or similar • Experience with email marketing and CRM tools such as MailerLite or similar • Ability to collaborate effectively across Product, Sales, Marketing, and technical teams • Professional proficiency in English
