📋 Description

• Own the roadmap and backlog for the product area, and decide what the team works on next • Get to know clients and their businesses, and monitor the market and competitors • Identify problems worth solving and test ideas with data and client feedback • Work with delivery teams to shape solutions and deliver them in small, valuable steps • Set clear goals for deliverables and evaluate whether they work for clients and the business • Keep clients and internal stakeholders aligned by explaining priorities, managing expectations, and raising risks early

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product management or product ownership • Experience in B2B software or financial services (lending or funding) is a strong advantage • Experience making prioritization decisions, including when information is incomplete or unclear, and explaining the reasoning behind them • Ability to get people on board with your decisions without formal authority • Experience talking to customers and turning what you learn into product decisions • Understanding of how regulation and data privacy affect product work in financial services • Excellent written and spoken English, and confidence working with clients, including senior stakeholders • Experience working in Agile teams • Open to feedback and willing to adapt to how our team works
