• Talent Partner bij Rekruut levert talentvolle teams voor Belgische en Europese start-ups en scale-ups. • Lead verantwoordelijk voor kwantiteit en kwaliteit van sourcing-activiteiten en ondersteuning van teamleden. • Ontwikkelt en implementeert rekruteringsmethodologieën om processen te verbeteren. • Verantwoordelijk voor onboarding en ontwikkeling van teamleden en continue training
🎯 Requirements
• Ervaring als Talent Partner Lead of vergelijkbare senior recruitment lead rol • Sterke leiderschap, coaching en onboarding vaardigheden • Ervaring met sourcing en recruitmentprocessen in tech/start-up omgevingen • Vermogen om doelstellingen en targets te bewaken en te realiseren • Hands-on aanpak en in staat om met het sourcing team samen te werken
