📋 Description

• Own and continuously improve endpoint management capabilities. • Implement and support endpoint security controls and hardening baselines. • Own endpoint provisioning workflows and zero-touch/low-touch deployment practices. • Function as a top-level escalation point for complex endpoint incidents. • Build and support automation to reduce repetitive manual work. • Create and support runbooks, operational playbooks, and high-quality documentation. • Collaborate across IT Operations and Security.

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience leading endpoint administration/engineering work in an enterprise environment. • Strong troubleshooting capability across endpoint policy/configuration, deployment workflows, and large-scale endpoint operational issues. • Proven ability to document processes, develop operational standards, and improve systems through being initiative-taking instead of reactive. • Strong collaboration and communication skills, including the ability to work effectively across IT Ops and Security stakeholders.
