📋 Description

• Assess, develop, and implement occupational therapy treatment plans with measurable goals written by a licensed Occupational Therapist • Engage patients with fun, age-appropriate games and activities to keep them motivated • Coordinate with team members to ensure quality care

🎯 Requirements

• Certification as Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant and valid state license to practice in Texas • Must be able to maintain various postures such as kneeling, sitting, standing, squatting for extended periods of time • Must be able to regularly walk and run for extended periods of time • Must be able to transition from sitting to standing and vice versa independently • Must be able to utilize quick body movements as may be required by the behavior intervention plan • Must be able to lift a minimum of 25 pounds • Must be able to transfer/position/transport patients and adaptive equipment • Must have the visual ability to read and understand written communication via computer, electronic devices, and paper means • Must have the manual dexterity to perform electronic device functions such as data collection
