📋 Description

• Step in when our global mobility experts require certified legal advice or need to escalate a case. • Independently take over and manage full immigration procedures such as: naturalization, permanent residence, EU Blue Card, D-Visa, family reunification, and other visa, residence, or work permit applications. • Provide direct client support on case-specific legal questions and documentation. • Handle all communication and correspondence with immigration authorities and proactively escalate cases when authorities do not respond within required timeframes. • Review and validate applications and supporting documents for compliance with German immigration law. • Work alongside our AI-based platform, which automates routine tasks and prepares files for your expert review. • Collaborate with relokate’s global mobility and relocation specialists to ensure a smooth and seamless client journey.

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified lawyer (specializing in immigration law). • Certified or formally authorized to provide immigration legal services in Germany. • Initial professional experience (1–3 years) in immigration, administrative, or labor law. • Excellent command of German and English (written and spoken). • Independent, reliable, and motivated to build experience in immigration law. • Curious about legaltech and open to working with AI-driven tools.
