📋 Description
• Step in when our global mobility experts require certified legal advice or escalation of a case. • Independently take over and handle full immigration procedures: Naturalization, Permanent residency, EU Blue Card, D-Visa, Family reunification and other visas. • Provide direct client support for case-specific legal questions and documentation. • Handle communication and correspondence with immigration authorities. • Review and validate applications for compliance with German immigration law. • Collaborate with global mobility & relocation specialists to ensure a smooth client journey.
🎯 Requirements
• Qualified Lawyer (Immigration Law) • Certified or formally eligible to provide immigration legal services in Germany. • First professional experience (1–3 years) in immigration, administrative, or labor law. • Excellent command of German and English (written and spoken). • Independent, reliable, and motivated to build experience in immigration law. • Curious about legaltech and open to working with AI-driven tools.
