📋 Description

• Implementing and managing end-to-end evaluation cycles for nursing education and practice products. • Operationalize evaluation frameworks and methodologies developed by the Principal Strategist. • Coordinating evaluation logistics, including query set management, SME engagement, and data collection. • Ensuring nursing accuracy and educational alignment of evaluation processes. • Maintaining and managing datasets, documentation, and dashboards to support evaluation transparency. • Collaborating with product, data science, and nursing faculty teams to integrate evaluation outputs into product improvement cycles. • Providing clear and actionable evaluation reports and summaries to support product and strategy decisions. • Monitoring trends and suggest process improvements for evaluation workflows. • Contributing nursing expertise across varied clinical and teaching contexts.

🎯 Requirements

• RN license required; MSN in Nursing required; DNP or PhD in Nursing strongly preferred. • Demonstrated experience with education technology and its implementation in nursing curricula. • Broad clinical and teaching experience preferred (not limited to one specialty area). • Detail-oriented with proven ability to manage complex projects and multiple priorities. • Familiarity with generative AI, AI evaluation, or related technologies strongly preferred. • Data management experience (collection, organization, analysis, or visualization) strongly preferred. • Strong communication skills with ability to collaborate across interdisciplinary teams. • Innovative mindset and interest in advancing nursing education through technology.
