📋 Description

• Own positioning, messaging, and differentiation for RemoFirst’s full product portfolio. • Lead all go-to-market efforts for product and feature launches, partnering closely with Product, Sales, and Growth. • Create and maintain product collateral, including decks, one-pagers, FAQs, and battlecards for internal and external use. • Conduct customer, market, and competitive research to inform product strategy and roadmap prioritization. • Translate technical capabilities into value-driven narratives that resonate with HR, Finance, and Operations audiences. • Collaborate with Content and Growth teams to integrate product insights into campaigns and lifecycle marketing. • Enable Sales with storytelling frameworks and data-backed materials to improve win rates and product adoption.

🎯 Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in Product Marketing within B2B SaaS (HRTech or FinTech experience is a plus) • Proven experience leading GTM launches and creating customer-focused messaging frameworks • Excellent storytelling, writing, and presentation skills • Comfort navigating technical product details and turning them into clear business value • Collaborative mindset — comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing
