📋 Description

• Develop and deploy LLM-based solutions and RAG architectures that solve real business problems • Contribute to the end-to-end lifecycle of AI features: problem framing, data preparation, modeling, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring • Work with existing data pipelines for preprocessing, feature extraction, and model inference • Integrate AI solutions into the company's cloud infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and performance • Collaborate with cross-functional squads to embed AI capabilities into products and internal tools • Use AI coding tools (e.g. Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) as a standard part of your development workflow • Contribute to identifying where AI can add measurable value to business processes and products

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years in a Software Development role, including at least 1 year in AI/ML engineering • Proven experience building and deploying LLM-based or RAG solutions in a production environment • Strong programming skills in Python, including hands-on experience with async patterns and FastAPI • Demonstrated, hands-on experience using AI coding tools in a production engineering context • Understanding of how AI solutions are integrated into cloud-based systems (preferably AWS) • Proficiency in database management, data wrangling, and working with distributed systems • Solid foundation in algorithm design, statistics, and data science • Ability to communicate effectively in a remote environment — clear written communication, reliable async collaboration
