âą Develop and deploy LLM-based solutions and RAG architectures that solve real business problems âą Contribute to the end-to-end lifecycle of AI features: problem framing, data preparation, modeling, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring âą Work with existing data pipelines for preprocessing, feature extraction, and model inference âą Integrate AI solutions into the company's cloud infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and performance âą Collaborate with cross-functional squads to embed AI capabilities into products and internal tools âą Use AI coding tools (e.g. Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) as a standard part of your development workflow âą Contribute to identifying where AI can add measurable value to business processes and products
âą Minimum of 3 years in a Software Development role, including at least 1 year in AI/ML engineering âą Proven experience building and deploying LLM-based or RAG solutions in a production environment âą Strong programming skills in Python, including hands-on experience with async patterns and FastAPI âą Demonstrated, hands-on experience using AI coding tools in a production engineering context âą Understanding of how AI solutions are integrated into cloud-based systems (preferably AWS) âą Proficiency in database management, data wrangling, and working with distributed systems âą Solid foundation in algorithm design, statistics, and data science âą Ability to communicate effectively in a remote environment â clear written communication, reliable async collaboration
