📋 Description
• Edit videos for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms using professional software • Design graphics, thumbnails, and visual assets that connect with audiences and drive engagement • Curate and adapt content to fit brand identity and platform best practices • Design landing pages and support campaigns using GoHighLevel • Collaborate with teammates to produce multimedia content reinforcing brand identity • Stay up-to-date with the latest video and design trends • Support social media content creation and scheduling • Curate and optimize content for SEO and digital performance • Monitor social media channels for trends, engagement, and opportunities • Work with the creative team and dedicated coach to execute campaigns, optimize brand messaging, and bring ideas to life through visual storytelling
🎯 Requirements
• At least 1 year of experience in video editing • At least 1 year of experience in graphic design • Strong understanding of branding, storytelling, and visual engagement • Familiarity with GoHighLevel or willingness to learn advanced features, including automations and landing pages • Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Notion, Trello, or Monday.com is a plus • Basic knowledge of SEO and content optimization is a plus • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Amenable to work in U.S. and Canadian timezones • Experience in social media management is a plus • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus • Proficiency with professional video editing tools, including Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro X, DaVinci Resolve, Avid Media Composer, HitFilm Express, Sony Vegas Pro, iMovie, Lightworks, or CapCut • Proficiency with graphics tools, preferably Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; Canva or other professional tools accepted • Computer with at least Intel Core i3 10th Gen, AMD Ryzen 3, or higher • Minimum 16 GB RAM • Dedicated GPU, NVIDIA 10 series or higher, or equivalent • Stable high-speed internet of at least 100 Mbps • Portfolio showcasing video editing and design work is required
