📋 Description

• Lead the technical sales cycle for strategic partnerships: discovery sessions, API-focused product demos, and integration design. • Scope, plan, and lead technical proof-of-concept (POC) projects and serve as technical lead on partner calls and projects. • Act as primary technical advisor for partners: triage integration issues and guide scoping, planning, and implementation for adoption and success. • Develop and maintain technical enablement materials, implementation guides, and best practice documents for partners and internal teams. • Create and improve scalable resources such as the open-source "Remote API Demo" application to streamline partner engagement. • Serve as subject matter expert on Remote’s API and integration capabilities, provide internal training, and act as onboarding buddy to scale team expertise. • Act as technical liaison between partners, sales, product, and engineering to align on Remote Embedded product roadmaps and technical deliverables. • Translate partner and customer requirements into detailed product and business requirements and advocate for product enhancements. • Contribute to continuous improvement of the Solutions Architect function by refining processes and introducing tools.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep expertise in API design, enterprise integrations, and technical solution architecture within a partner-facing or sales engineering context. • Proven ability in rapid prototyping, technical troubleshooting, and leading complex integration projects from discovery to launch. • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Experience creating high-quality technical documentation, training materials, and enablement resources. • Proficiency with modern sales and development tools, including Salesforce and generative AI platforms for accelerating content creation, code review, and analysis. • Writes and speaks fluent English • Experience working remotely is a plus (not required)
