📋 Description

• We are looking for an AI-Native Developer who can lead teams to establish a GenAI-first SDLC and insist on the high standards to deliver quality product features for our customers. • You will be our first hire. • You will help define the technical roadmap, the architecture, and the process of building software at hyper-speed using LLMs. • You will integrate our core multi-agent architecture with external systems and optimize our full-stack system and RAG pipelines. • Architecture & Coding: Own the end-to-end delivery of features. • You will be hands-on 70-80% of the time, but we expect you to generate code significantly faster than a standard senior engineer by leveraging AI tooling (Cursor, Copilot Workspace, Aider, or similar). • Lead teams using a GenAI-first SDLC: Establish and refine the software development lifecycle where AI writes the bulk of the code. • You will define the SDLC to allow us to scale, prioritizing light process and engineering through prototypes and experimentation. • System Integration: Lead the complex integration strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• The "AI-First" Mindset: You can demonstrate a history of using GenAI tools to ship complex software. You don't just "use autocomplete"—you use agents to scaffold entire modules, write tests, and refactor codebases. • Scalable Backend Design: Deep experience in designing robust systems using modern languages (Python, Javascript, Typescript, or similar). You prioritize architecture, asynchronous patterns, and microservices over specific syntax. • Observability: Experience with application tracing and instrumentation (like Logfire, OpenTelemetry, or similar) to ensure production reliability and performance. • Data Design: Proficiency with modern Postgres implementations and an understanding of Vector data modeling. • Reliable Integration Patterns: You have a history of building robust integrations with third-party APIs. You know how to handle OAuth, rate limits, and messy external data schemas (specifically with Email or ERP/Accounting systems) to build resilient systems. • Auth & Security: Experience implementing modern authentication (like Clerk, Auth0, or similar) and row-level security • Bachelors in Computer Science or related • Bonus Points: • Background in the Construction, Real Estate, or PropTech industries.
