📋 Description
• Produce detailed Mechanical and Electrical design drawings using AutoCAD and Revit MEP • Develop coordinated building services layouts for a variety of projects • Assist with HVAC, ventilation, heating, cooling, lighting, power, and public health designs • Prepare technical documentation, schedules, specifications, and supporting calculations • Ensure designs comply with current UK Building Regulations, British Standards, and CIBSE guidance • Coordinate designs with architectural and structural teams • Participate in project meetings and client discussions remotely • Review project information and incorporate design changes as required • Support project delivery from initial concept through to completion.
🎯 Requirements
• Previous experience within Mechanical & Electrical or Building Services Design • Proficiency in AutoCAD • Experience using Revit MEP and BIM workflows • Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations and building services standards • Experience producing technical drawings and design documentation • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a remote team environment • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
