📋 Description

• Identify and pursue new bid opportunities via GC portals, plan rooms, and direct outreach • Attend virtual pre-bid meetings and coordinate bid requirements • Review architectural, mechanical, and plumbing drawings; perform detailed takeoffs • Prepare accurate plumbing estimates using Excel and/or estimating software • Solicit pricing from suppliers and subcontractors; manage bid deadlines • Follow up with GCs, negotiate scope and pricing, and support bid closeout • Maintain a bid log and manage an active pipeline of opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of plumbing estimating experience (commercial experience preferred) • Strong ability to read and interpret full construction plan sets • Proficiency with takeoff/estimating tools such as Bluebeam, OST, or similar • Understanding of US plumbing systems (DWV, water service, gas, underground) • Willingness to work US hours and collaborate with US-based stakeholders • Self-starter with strong organization and time management skills • Familiarity with US plumbing codes and standards
