• Conduct research to identify potential leads based on client criteria • Reach out to prospects through email, LinkedIn, social platforms, or other channels • Qualify leads by assessing interest, fit, and engagement level • Maintain organized lead records and update CRM systems accurately • Support marketing and sales teams with data collection, segmentation, and list building • Follow outreach scripts and messaging guidelines while personalizing communication when necessary • Schedule meetings, calls, or demos for the sales team • Track outreach performance, response rates, and lead conversion metrics • Assist with ongoing lead nurturing efforts to move prospects through the pipeline
• 2 to 5+ years of experience in lead generation, appointment setting, prospecting, or inside sales • Strong communication skills in written and spoken English • Proficiency in CRM tools, lead generation software, or prospecting platforms • Ability to conduct thorough online research and data validation • Organized and detail oriented with the ability to manage large volumes of leads • Results driven mindset with the ability to achieve outreach and conversion targets • Comfortable reaching out to prospects through multiple communication channels • Self motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently
