📋 Description

• Respond to, engage with and qualify inbound leads to identify potential sales opportunities. • Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email and social platforms to generate new business leads. • Collaborate with Account Executives to develop account intelligence and execute on lead generation campaigns. • Perform market research and analyze trends to identify key opportunities in target accounts. • Act as the first point of contact for prospective clients, demonstrating professionalism and product knowledge. • Build and maintain detailed notes and accurate lead/account data in Salesforce or other CRM platforms. • Educate leads on products and services, nurturing them until they are sales-ready. • Assist in driving attendance to special projects, webinars and events. • Achieve and exceed assigned quotas and KPIs.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in business development, inside sales, or sales-related roles. • A proven track record of exceeding sales targets. • Experience working in the banking sector is required, with a strong understanding of financial products, client engagement or banking operations. • Experience with closing sales is a plus. • Solid understanding of SDR and lead development best practices. • Communication & Interpersonal Skills • Excellent organizational and interpersonal abilities. • Familiarity with Salesforce.com, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, and Outreach is strongly preferred. • Interest or background in fintech or emerging technologies is a plus.
