📋 Description

• Create and manage weekly and daily reports by analyzing data and generating comprehensive reports for key stakeholders • Attend meetings and take detailed notes on action points • Follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks • Assist the Managing Director with daily tasks, responsibilities, and strategic initiatives • Ensure clear and effective communication across teams in English and Arabic

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration (BA) or an equivalent field • Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous • Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic • Strong analytical skills • Excellent communication and organizational abilities • Comfortable working remotely and managing tasks independently • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of services, including Excel and PowerPoint • Fluent in both English and Arabic, written and spoken
