📋 Description

• Own content strategy end to end across blogs, guides, landing pages, emails, case studies, and resources • Focus on ranking and visibility in AI engines and third-party platforms including YouTube and Reddit • Use first-party data to shape content decisions and identify high-performing opportunities • Build lightweight tools for content creation and lead capture using AI tools • Analyze performance data and replicate what works • Partner with the Technical SEO Lead on keyword and topic alignment while owning content strategy • Brief and manage designers, writers, and other contributors • Track and report on leads, pipeline, and AI-visibility metrics • Build on-page and off-page SEO, including internal linking, link building, and third-party brand mentions • Report directly to the Head of Marketing

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of SEO/content experience in B2B with a deep understanding of B2B fundamentals • A genuinely AI-first mindset: already using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Perplexity in your workflow • Ideally already experimenting with AI-visibility tools; RemotePass uses Profound and is adopting Athena • Comfort building lightweight tools without engineering support • Commercial mindset focused on leads and pipeline rather than traffic and rankings • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills in English • Comfort working across multiple stakeholders and owning deliverables end to end • “Figuring it out as we go” mentality and ability to adapt to a fast-moving space • Experience creating localized/international content (EMEA/MENA/GCC markets) — nice to have • Familiarity with remote work, HR, payroll, or compliance topics — nice to have
