• Independently deliver sales targets related to gross margin, new client acquisition, and conversion rates • Manage the full BD lifecycle, from initial outreach and prospecting to proposal and closing • Coordinate with creative, events, and strategy teams to ensure proposals are consistent and meet client needs • Identify opportunities to improve lead qualification, CRM workflows (HubSpot/Salesforce), and pitch formats • Engage in deep discovery conversations to understand client pain points and shape agency solutions
• 4+ years of experience in Business Development or Marketing • Experienced in Gaming or Tech industry in a MUST • Candidate from both inhouse or marketing agency are also welcome to join • Highly fluent in English • Fluent Mandarin or Korean in a Plus • Confident in presenting to stakeholders and managing multi-market opportunities • Prepared to travel nationally and internationally as required
