📋 Description

• Process supplier invoices accurately and on schedule • Match invoices to purchase orders and resolve discrepancies • Reconcile supplier statements against the ledger • Prepare payment runs for approval • Respond to supplier queries about payment status • Keep supplier payments accurate and on time for a UK finance team • Work 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST) • Complete a short recorded video interview if shortlisted • Apply with an up-to-date CV

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with Sage or Xero • Experience processing invoices in an accounts payable role • Strong attention to detail with numbers • Reliable home internet • Quiet workspace for UK-hours work • Comfort reconciling accounts against supplier statements • Experience with multi-currency invoicing (nice to have) • Familiarity with purchase order systems (nice to have) • Prior remote finance support experience (nice to have) • Stable internet connection before applying
