📋 Description

• Raise and issue customer invoices accurately • Chase overdue payments and update the debtor ledger • Reconcile customer accounts against payments received • Respond to customer queries about invoices and statements • Report on outstanding balances to the finance team

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with Xero or similar accounting software • Experience in an accounts receivable or credit control role • Strong attention to detail with numbers • Reliable home internet and a quiet space for UK-hours work • Confident, professional communication when chasing payments • Experience with multi-currency invoicing (nice to have) • Familiarity with credit control processes (nice to have) • Prior remote finance support experience (nice to have)
