📋 Description

• Prepare and issue accurate customer invoices • Investigate and resolve billing queries and disputes • Reconcile billing records against payments received • Maintain accurate billing data in Excel and internal systems • Report on billing status to the wider finance team • Work 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST) • Progress from application through recorded video interview and introduction to the UK employer

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with Excel, including formulas and pivot tables • Experience in a billing, invoicing or accounts role • Strong attention to detail with numbers • Reliable home internet • Quiet workspace for UK-hours work • Confident, clear communication when resolving billing queries • Stable internet connection • Up-to-date CV • Shortlisted applicants must complete a short recorded video interview • Nice to have: experience with recurring or subscription billing • Nice to have: familiarity with Sage or Xero • Nice to have: prior remote finance support experience
