📋 Description

• Register new claims and verify policy details • Request and chase supporting documents • Liaise with customers, suppliers and assessors • Update the claims system at each stage • Prepare files for assessment and payment • Manage UK insurance or warranty claims from first notification to settlement • Work independently while participating in a supportive remote team with regular check-ins and clear priorities

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in claims or insurance administration • Accuracy with data entry and policy checks • Clear written English • Strong follow-up discipline • Comfort with a case management system • Familiarity with Guidewire or similar (nice to have) • Experience with fraud indicators (nice to have) • Excel for tracking (nice to have) • Ability to work UK business hours (09:00–17:00 UK, 11:00–19:00 SAST)
