📋 Description

• Log new claims accurately and open the case file • Gather supporting documents and chase what is missing • Update claimants on progress at agreed intervals • Liaise with assessors, suppliers and internal teams • Track claim status and escalate anything stalling • Maintain accurate records for audit and reporting • Work 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST) from home • Keep the file complete and the claimant informed from first notification to settlement

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in claims, insurance administration or case-based customer service • Confident handling detailed documentation without losing track • Clear, empathetic written and phone communication • Comfortable with a claims or CRM system and structured processes • Reliable home internet and a quiet space for UK-hours work • Exposure to motor, property or health claims (nice to have) • Familiarity with FCA-regulated environments (nice to have) • Experience handling complaints (nice to have)
